Internal Protocols

Achievement Boost
The limit on the number of dice you can roll from your Strike Pool for achievements is raised by 2. A leader of a combined achievement can apply this protocol, but other participants can't.

Armored Form
Toughness
Your character has 1 additional wound circle, which means that your character can take an extra wound before being defeated.

Charge Boost
The limit on the number of charge dice you can store in your Energon Pool is raised by 2. You can take this power up to 3 times.

Cryocyclon Shield
Resistance to Frost
Your character's biometallic form counts as 2 points higher against Cryokinetic attacks.
(this includes being frozen by space, sub-zero environments, and human-made freezing weapons)

Defense Protocol
Resilience
This raises your Transformers Defense by 1. You can take this Protocol up to three times.

Electrocyclon Shield
Resistance to Electricity
Your character's biometallic form counts as 2 points higher against Electrokinetic attacks.
(this includes resistance to Electricity from human-made weapons)

Energon Recycler
Stamina
The limit on the number of Action Dice you can keep is raised by 2. You can take this protocol up to 3 times.

Fortified Spark
Soul Resistance
Your character is immune to any Energon protocols that inflict wounds without requiring a roll against your character's defense. The following Energon protocols cannot be used against your character: Spark Drain, Sparkslayer, Energon Siphon Life Drain, Life Transfer, Vampiric Strike

(Matrix of) Leadership
When your character is the leader in a combined maneuver, you can distribute the dice gained among the involved players. The limit for earning 5 dice altogether still applies (unless your character has Tactical Maneuvering). Any player to whom you distribute 5 or more dice (including yourself) earns an Awesome Token as usual.

Maneuver Boost
The limit on the number of strike and charge dice you can earn in a maneuver is raised by 1. You can take this protocol up to 4 times. It does not apply to combined maneuvers.

Optical Shields
Darksight
This Transformer is not affected by Counter Optics Broadcast attacks, or by D.A.R.K. Broadcast Attacks

Pyrocyclon Shield
Resistance to Fire
Your character's biometallic form counts as 2 points higher against Pyrokinetic attacks.
(this includes resistance to intense heat, and incendiary based human-made weapons)

Spark Resistance
Body Resistance
This Transformer is immune to any charge protocols that reduce her Action Pool or Energon Pool (Body Drain, Slow, Weaken) and to the Poisoned Virus.

Strike Boost
The limit on the number of dice you can roll from you Strike Pool for strikes is raised by 2. You can take this protocol up to 2 times.

Squad Tactics
This protocol grants 1 bonus die to the leader of any combined maneuver in which this character participates (whether the character applying this protocol is the leader or not). If more than 1 character in a combined maneuver has this protocol, the bonus dice from all such characters apply.

Tactical Maneuvering
The limit on the number of Strike and Energon dice you can earn as the leader in a combined maneuver is raised by 2. You can take this protocol up to 3 times. It does not apply to maneuvers your character performs on her own.


Terrastrider
Your character is capable of leaping into the earth and sifting through it's layers. Anything weaker than concrete can be crumbled and broken through. Sand is like fog, soil like water. When you terrastride you cannot Maneuver or Strike, though you can Catch Your Breath. While terrastriding your Defense rating is Doubled, and the first success on any Strike is ignored.
