Creating a Jedi Character

For the campaign setting Starchaser's Fate playtest edition.

Stats: 7 • 5 • 3

Each Stat begins with the first Dot colored in for free. On top of that you will prioritize between Physical, Mental, and Social Stats. For each stat column (Physical, Mental, Social) assign some combination of 3, 5, or 7 dots. Allocate that many extra dots to each column.

For example, let's say you are mostly Social, then Mental, then Physical. You assign 7 dots to Social, 5 dots to Mental, and 3 to Physical. You then apply those dots to individual stats, given the free dot for each stat.
Example Build
Str 1, Dex 2, End 3
Bearing 2, Char 2, Composure 4
Int 3, Wis 3, Will 4

You should have a total of 24 points assigned.

Skillsets: 3 • 2 • 1

Each character starts with Three Skillsets - one is rated at 3, one is rated at 2 and one is rated at 1.

For characters built for Starchaser's Fate at least one of your Skillsets needs to represent your path as a Jedi

Specialties: 13 • 9 • 7

Each starting Skillset has a number of Specialties to start out with. The primary Skillset, ranked at 3, gets 13 Dots to spend on Specialties. The secondary Skillset, ranked at 2, gets 9 Dots. And the final Skillset, ranked at 1, gets 7 Dots.

No Specialty can go higher than 3 dice for a starting character.

Aspects

Aspects are written by the GM per request from each player. Negative Aspects can be created to generate bonus Hero Points or Exertion for the character.
